EPCs FAQs

  • Who will be producing the EPC?

    Our property photographers, who are also qualified and experienced DEAs can produce the EPC alongside the other marketing assets.

  • Who are we accredited with?

    We work with our accreditation partner, Elmhurst Energy, who train all of our photographers and conduct regular audits. Each year, every member of staff must also complete 10 hours of a refresher course, equating to 10 CPD points per annum.

  • What support do we offer vendors?

    Prior to our visit, we issue a guide to your vendors helping them prepare for the EPC and gather all necessary documents. This reduces the need for a revisit. We are also on hand for follow up enquiries or to advise on the latest legislation.

  • What is our turnaround?

    All our jobs can booked via an easy to use work management system, with EPCs supplied alongside the other marketing assets and returned by end of the next working day after a visit. Frequently, we can supply assets even faster!
