As well as our fully-employed network of photographers, we have a team of processing staff based in South Africa, with layers of quality control to ensure best practice is adhered to.

 

Our photographers are equipped with the latest iPads and a substantial data allowance that allows them to send material to production immediately after a visit. This means we can produce all the necessary documents and images required by an agent to start marketing a property, within record time.

Meet the NicheCom team

At NicheCom, we pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service in a friendly and professional manner. We believe that relationships and a high level of customer confidence are key factors in building a successful business. When you appoint NicheCom, you will be assigned a dedicated photographer, who along with your Area Director, Account Manager, Operations Manager and client support team, are there to provide the required levels of support when using our suite of services.

Every member of our management team has been with the company for a minimum of seven years. We have developed an experienced group of very talented individuals, each one trusted to make the right decisions, be responsible for themselves, their respective departments and of course you.

Our Certifications

All NicheCom’s photographers are members of the Royal Photographic Society. The Royal Photographic Society is a charity that was founded in 1853. Their mission is to promote the highest standards of photography.

Our photographers are all qualified to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Trained and certified by an independent provider, Elmhurst Energy, they can all undertake domestic energy assessments.

All our inventories staff are Arla/Propertymark Inventories members, having completed training to ensure they are meeting the highest standards for best practice.
