The challenge

Transforming the student let experience in Bath

This busy lettings department were struggling with managing such a large number of properties and fitting the viewings into a really tight timeframe.

Dream outcome

  • Properties let from virtual viewings alone
  • Remote viewings for students become the norm
  • Increased number of viewings and properties let faster
  • Easy to identify most suitable tenants

Our solution

Lettings secured using GotoView virtual viewings

We introduced them to our unique GotoView virtual viewing platform that allows a viewer to conduct an immersive walkthrough of a 3D property scan.

They could then catalogue their full portfolio of properties so they had virtual access at any time. The scans could also be used as part of the inventory, providing an easy way to inspect the condition before and after occupancy.

Viewings could be conducted with tenants from any location, increasing the number of viewings for each property, and ultimately securing the most suitable candidate for their landlords.

Services delivered

Roman City Bath estate agents

Since we started using NicheCom’s photography and 3D Matterport scans, our image has been enhanced across all our marketing platforms. We’ve noticed an increase in enquiries and with the speed that we get our properties let. GotoView has been a game changer, with around two thirds of the properties being let directly from virtual viewings.
