    A dedicated and reliable property specialist who can produce photography as well as 3D scans as part of the single visit. All of our photographers are skilled with using Matterport’s 3D cameras.

  • Why do NicheCom use Matterport’s 3D cameras?

    In our commitment to offering the highest quality assets to our clients, we use the industry leading Matterport Pro2 cameras, designed to produce immersive digital twins of any built environment in crystal clear 4K clarity.

  • What measures do we take to protect privacy?

    We supply a detailed guide on how to prepare for a scan so owners can suitably prepare their properties in advance of our visit. Family portraits, expensive artifacts or sensitive material can also be blurred at production stage.

  • Can our 3D scans be hosted on Rightmove?

    Matterport’s 3D scans are suitable for hosting on Rightmove and can be embedded into any other webpage. We can incorporate a lead data capture form so prospective buyers will have to register their details prior to viewing the scan.
