A dedicated manager will cover all your training needs and be on hand for day-to-day support. Upon joining the company, you will go through our ‘NicheCom Academy’, gaining industry recognised qualifications as well as honing your property photography and videography skills.

Every year, new memories are made, when our high achievers go on a long weekend away to a glamorous overseas location such as Berlin, Rome or Iceland. 

Everyone gets to let their hair down a couple of times a year at our all-company parties that usually involve an overnight stay in a smart hotel. We frequently go to lovely places like the Cotswolds or Cornwall!
