Roman City Property

The challenge
This busy lettings department were struggling with managing such a large number of properties and fitting the viewings into a really a tight timeframe.
The solution
We introduced them to our unique GotoView virtual viewing platform that allows a viewer to conduct an immersive walkthrough of a 3D property scan.
They could then catalogue their full portfolio of properties so they had virtual access at any time. The scans could also be used as part of the inventory, providing an easy way to inspect the condition before and after occupancy.
Viewings could be conducted with tenants from any location, increasing the number of viewings for each property, and ultimately securing the most suitable candidate for their landlords.
Sykes Cottages
Stunning visuals and floorplans to boost holiday rentals
The challenge
Sykes Cottages were looking for an agency that could offer national coverage, providing accurate floorplans for their entire portfolio of properties. They also wanted a more consistent feel to all their online imagery.
The solution
NicheCom’s network of 120 photographers, who are all RICS certified floorplan measurers, were able to deliver the documents they needed at scale, whilst also providing high quality photography for their website. They can rely on us to turn around a job quickly, avoiding any delays with marketing.

The resales department of L&Q Housing wanted to get their homes sold quickly and before they went out onto the open estate agency market. Vendors were often just supplying their own mobile phone photographs that were doing nothing to promote a quick sale!
