It’s been a few years since our drones first took to the skies and we’re delighted that aerial film and photography has become so incredibly popular with both agents and vendors alike.
Instantly offering the wow factor, aerial shots have become an essential part of the property marketing toolkit, particularly for agents located in attractive rural or coastal settings.
Following the surge in demand, the majority of our photographers have now gained their wings and are proud to be not only members of the Royal Photographic Society, RICS certified floorplanners and domestic energy assessors, but also fully fledged CAA approved drone pilots. We are pleased to be able to extend our drone photography services across the length and breadth of the country!

New London drone photography service now launched
It gives us great pleasure to announce that we are now able to offer aerial photography and film services in London and the orbital region.
Following regulation changes, it has become far easier to gain permission to hover above the city and technological advances have meant that the latest drones are now lighter than ever and therefore subject to fewer restrictions.
We are now able to fly over the majority of greater London, with just pockets of restricted airspace remaining over a few locations like Chelsea and venues such as sport’s stadiums or prisons.
We are able to get far closer to airports and because all our pilots are CAA certified, we have the flyer IDs required to access any ‘unlock zones’.

Bolt drone photography onto an existing order
When you book a drone shoot through NicheCom, you can be reassured that all our pilots have been fully trained, CAA approved and always carry with them the required level of insurance.
We are equipped with the very latest models that shoot in high resolution RAW and produce video in 4K definition. We will carry out a pre-flight check for weather (wind as well as rain) as well as any permissions required to fly.
