Top marks for NicheCom in 8 different categories!
We are delighted to have been officially branded an ‘exceptional’ supplier to the estate agency industry in no less than 8 different categories. The opinions of thousands of the UK’s top agents were canvassed by The Property Academy to try and establish who represented the ‘crème de la crème’ when it came to offering the best in quality and customer service.
The ‘exceptional’ rating was awarded to the top ranking 5%, an ‘excellent’ rating given to the top 10% and ‘highly-rated’ offered to suppliers achieving scores within the top 20%.
NicheCom were awarded more ‘exceptional’ ratings than any other supplier with accolades for photography, 3D tours, EPCs, floorplans, inventory services, web design and SEO.
We are so pleased that all the hard work we’ve put in trying to raise our already-high standards has been recognised. Our Training and Development Managers put new recruits through their paces to ensure we can deliver consistent levels of quality to you. As you may be aware, all our photographers are all now certified RICS property measurers and qualified domestic energy assessors as well as being members of the Royal Photographic Society.
We are extremely proud of everyone at NicheCom who has made this possible, from our talent out on road, our highly skilled production team in South Africa, to all the people performing vital roles at our Berkshire head office.
