A key element if not the key element of our service. Niche do not believe it is possible to offer a quality service to estate agents by using a sub-contracted panel of DEA’s. That is why all our DEA’s are employed by us, trained by us and we have 15 years experience of representing your company when we visit a property.
Taking the employed resource route to providing an EPC service was never going to be a cheap one. Niche spent over £250,000 on training and qualifying our employees using a bespoke training scheme. We also ensure that we are fully up to date with the CPD training, the yearly training requirement that the government requires DEA’s to undertake.
Most agents don’t realise that an inaccurate floorplan could be more costly than an inaccurate EPC. Under the Property Mis-descriptions Act agents are responsible for accurately representing the property and that includes the floorplan. Niche adopts RICS measuring parameters and fully comply with the PMA.
First impressions really do count and that includes when potential purchasers are viewing a property on a web-site or through a set of property details. Increasingly agents are retaining Niche to do professional photography when we visit a property, that way agents can guarantee quality and it makes great sales tool to win the instruction.
Many companies can prattle on about service level agreements and how they are committed to customer service but when push comes to shove can they truly deliver. By controlling the whole process Niche do deliver with a turn-around of less than 48 hours from the visit to the property we believe nobody comes close to our levels of service.
Our success is not an accident and nobody survives in the business of servicing estate agents very long unless they know what agents want, the service levels they require and the pressures that agents experience. 15 years of working and growing with some of the best independent agents in the business. Means you can trust Niche to deliver.
Many HIP suppliers try and tie their offering into a conveyancing package using national conveyancing firms. This is not the Niche way, we always give agents the choice, make your own arrangements regarding conveyancing (our system can be set up to automatically notify the local solicitor you choose to work with that a HIP has been commissioned and a conveyancing quote is required) or use a national panel . . . . . the choice will always be yours.
