We enjoy long term relationships with suppliers and always try to remain loyal to them, providing we receive the service we require. In Niche’s case this has never been an issue and our relationship with them has played a big part in growing our business.

As an old established floor plan client we were delighted when Niche entered the HIP arena as we foresaw turmoil and mayhem developing in that industry. What we were supremely confident in was the fact that as Niche had served us so very well on floor plans for 12 years, they would get their HIP solution right... and they have!

As Hips become even more significant, particularly when first day marketing begins, we were very concerned the HIP industry would not live up to the required standards needed to ensure we were not handicapped in being able to swiftly market our clients’ properties. With this in mind we feel very secure in Niche’s hands.

Having worked with Niche for 12 years, during which time they have grown to a substantial organisation, they have never lost sight of the extreme importance of customer care and contact. If anything goes wrong (which it does from time to time, life is not perfect) they act swiftly to establish the cause of the problem and put it right. They never seek to apportion blame or make it difficult for us. They simply sort the issue and move on. They are very nice but also professional and efficient people to do business with. I think it is true to say in all those years we have never had cross words with Niche, quite an achievement on their part.

As a two office agency in the current economic climate we needed the excellent quality of service offered by Niche whilst minimising our expenditure.

Niche have been a Townends supplier for over 10 years and we were an early adopter of the Niche HIP. So far, after over 800 HIPs we can honestly say that their service levels far exceed our original suppliers.

The single visit concept provided by Niche which encompasses the floorplans, photography and EPC is really appreciated by vendors and the high quality results are a major help in these difficult times.
