Jigsaw7 has a bright future with Niche Communications

Estate Agency marketing company, Niche Communications, providers of floor plans, photography, virtual tours and digital brochures, as well as Energy Performance Certificates, have reached agreement with the receivers of Jigsaw7 to buy the assets of the company.

Jigsaw7 were the leading providers of personalised, targeted address data for estate agents throughout the country but fell victim to the current market conditions. It is anticipated that certain Jigsaw7 employees will relocate to Niche’s head office in Wokingham, Berkshire and Matthew Tucker, former Jigsaw7 Sales Director, will oversee the integration to minimise any disruption to existing clients.

Andy South, Managing Director of Niche Communications, comments “Jigsaw7 were widely regarded as the premier supplier of this type of data but, unfortunately, due to agents contracting their market budgets, they could not survive in the current tough market.
