Digital images are supplied at no extra cost, providing a visual record as well as the detailed written account. Every one of our clerks has to have completed an exclusive and rigorous training programme (including several supervised inventories) before producing their first report. Under new legislation, tenants’ deposits should be protected by a regulated agent and disputes about their return will be resolved swiftly, inexpensively and impartially. However, to reach a resolution, one must have an independent inventory in place.
