PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM NICHE COMMUNICATIONS: The Secretary of State has today (19/05/10) confirmed that the controversial Home information Pack (HIP) regulations will be suspended from midnight tonight. 1. All unpaid HIP orders will be cancelled on our system, and you’ll receive notification of each cancellation. 2. As Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are still required under separate UK legislation, you will need to place a new order for the EPC and/or Floor plans & Photographs. 3. All orders will default to ‘vendor to pay’ so Niche Communications will continue to offer a payment collection service (we do not collect payment for just Floor plans & Photographs) 4. If you would like us to invoice you for the EPC and/or Floor plans & Photographs, then you must select yourselves to pay. 5.
