Our vastly experienced team of Domestic Energy Assessors are responsible for looking after the day to day needs of our clients.  Visiting over 60,000 properties per annum, producing Energy Performance Certificates, RICS Compliant Floor plans and Professional Photographs.

Over 75% of our employed field staff have been with the company for more than five years, with the majority of them coming from a professional photography background. Vendor and Landlord comments on the quality of our photographs are frequent, when comparing them to the images that were supplied when they first bought their home.

Our Domestic Energy Assessors studied their Level 2 Energy Diploma through Adapt Assessment, who are one of the UK’s leading energy training organisations. Our award winning accreditation body is Northgate Information Solutions. Northgate are responsible for monitoring the quality of the Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) that we produce, and they repeatedly commend us on our high levels accuracy in an industry that has taken some criticism in recent months for widespread rogue practices.
