Niche Company Profile

Formed in 1993, Niche Communications have been providing a range of marketing services from their Berkshire head office for over 15 years. Initially servicing the estate agent and property industry the company has expanded to offer a variety of marketing, digital and energy services to a wide range of companies.

We have over 100 employees based in the UK and South Africa. This includes 60 people ‘out on the road’ providing estate agents with detailed Floor plans, Professional Photography and more recently Energy Performance Certificates.

Niche Communications (SA) is based in beautiful Cape Town. Opening in 2002, The South African subsidiary provides a vital production service to our UK clients. CAD drawing, photo manipulation, brochure design and production are all undertaken here. We have also recently setup a telesales department for collecting payments.
