The London Office is a network of 34 leading estate agents with 190 offices covering England, Scotland and Wales. The role of The London Office is to provide our members with an extra dimension to the services they offer and to ensure that their clients receive the best local expertise, supported by national and international marketing from our office on Pall Mall, in St James’s, London.
In addition to this, our dedicated and bespoke International Department works in close partnership with carefully selected overseas estate agents and developers in over 20 countries. Established in 1992, The London Office has a reputation of setting high standards in the property industry and we maintain these standards of service both nationally and internationally.
Paul Baxter, Head of the International Department, has over 20 years of experience working in the UK and overseas property industries. His experience, connections and intimate knowledge of the locations covered and the residential overseas property in general are invaluable when it comes to buying or selling abroad.
